Individual Techniques
1. Success is only determined by the size of one’s thinking.
2. When you believe you can do it, then the how to do it develops.
3. All growth, mental, physical, or spiritual, comes through sacrifice or suffering or both.
4. Never entertain any negative thoughts, even past negative thoughts.
5. Progress is made one step at a time, line upon line, precept upon precept.
6. It is better to wear out than rust out.
7. When you believe and see it clearly in your mind, it is then just a matter of time, until it becomes a reality.
8. Stickability (persistence) is 90% of ability!
9. Knowledge is power only when put to use constructively.
10. Belief or faith is the reason for all things and a goal is a dream acted upon because of faith or belief.
11. Superior attitudes and hard work = success.
12. Fear is success enemy #1 and most fear is psychological.
13. All confidence is developed or acquired.
14. Action cures fear. Do what you fear.
15. Absorb all good knowledge and qualities and ignore the bad. “Separate the wheat from the chaff.”
16. Forget angry or abusive people. Don’t let anyone control your attitude.
17. Avoid guilt. Guilt destroys confidence in yourself and in others.
18. Environment control: Avoid negative people, places, and things. You are judged by the company you keep.
19. The body is what the body is fed and exercised.
20. The mind is what the mind is fed and exercised.
21. The spirit is what the spirit is fed and exercised.
22. Anything the mind of man can conceive of and believe in, it can achieve.
23. We think in pictures or images not words. “Create positive mental images, i.e. we face a challenge not a problem.”
24. If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.
25. Don’t argue. Ignore errors of little Consequence.
26. See things as they can be, not as they are.
27. It’s not what you were, but what you become that matters.
28. Attitude Determines Altitude.
29. Whatever the attitude, so is the Response.
30. Great Success begins with a Dream.
31. Exist to Inspire.
32. Hope against insurmountable odds.
33. I did not come this far, to only come this far.
34. Faith over doubt and fear.
35. Joy always comes after sorrow.
36. With God nothing is impossible.
37. Find Joy in the Little Things, and Hope in Unexpected Places.

It's not about being perfect. It's about effort, practice and progress.
Why do we bow? When we bow, we become one, we are teachable.
Why do we train barefoot? Part of it is because it humbles us. Another part is, it helps to keep the floors clean.
Creed:
I come to you with only Karate.
My empty hands.
I have no weapons.
Should I be forced to defend myself, my principles or my honor.
Should it be a matter of life or death,
Right or wrong,
Then here are my weapons,
Karate
My empty hands.
Karate means "Empty Hands"
Kenpo means "Law of the Fist"

I did not come this far, to only come this far.
I can't do everything today, but I can take one small step.
